The receptionists at the beginning were not friendly , they didn't want to give me the room in the deal and was about to make a problem and cancel my reservation and pushed on me that they will take first night money , but that was solved at the end after been waiting for 2 hours

Read all reviews quite well before you book

Suite is spacious with 2 new ACs and a breathtaking balcony that only overlooks swimming pools. Calm sometimes in the evening however if there is a noisy group of young people, you will easily hear them. Location is too close to supermarkets, groceries, fish market 'Halaqt el Samak', Cornish street, Saqala square, Al Dhahar and el Mamsha 'long sidewalk with many coffee shops on both sides, hotels and shops.

Room service didn't come untill I requested to clean the room and add some toilet papers. No phone to request anything. Was a little bit dusty at the beginning. Rocky and almost unclean beach; I bet they don't have enough people to take care of the beach. No professional amusement team. Most of shops and cafeterias are closed or don't have beverages. Receiption people are kind and informative however they charged me extra hundred pounds saying they have no link to bookings com deals or payment to be paid. They don't provide all inclusive option for you have to pay 36 pounds for breakfast and for lunch and dinner 71 pounds each, then calculate all and add them on you. Ironically, you will end up paying a 5 or 4 stars deal. For me, I won't repeat it.

don't go there if u r looking for pampering it's a place to just sleep in

only the price every thing was bad maybe the beds were comfy and the public transportation were easy to find and cheap

the pool is small and people were allowed to swim in it without proper swimwear they were wearing pajamas same for the beach it's a rocky beach to start with not sandy and with no proper seating it's very small though . the staff were flirting with us and unprofessional . the location is in a local neighborhood away from the marina

short relaxing stay

we stayed in a triple room in the second floor it has a partial sea view and a pool view it was number L6 we was happy you get what you paid for don't except a 5 star amenities or facilities

i don't like the rocky beach but the beach is very good and clean i hadn't any meal there because i get everyday in a new place to dinner so i can't review the restaurant

It wasn't clean, there was hair on bed and water from bathroom get to room and sinks clothes . TV shows just 5 channels

There was a beach in front of hotel, its really good

Personnels were really rude and strange, we were at beach, some personnels came to us and even if we didnt wanna talk, they tried to talked with us. It was really rude.

Good:

They have their own beach which is very nice.

One of the staff at the receptionist was really rude. He is in charge for the accountancy of the hotel. We booked several excursion under this resort which are Water Park, Safari & Glass Boat. All of the excursion do not start like what they said. As an example, we had to wait for 45 minutes for the person to pick up us from the hotel to Safari. To make it worse, my quad bike broke down in the middle of the activity and they did not compensate me with anything which ends up we arrive back at hotel late. And the guy who in charge for accountancy asking us to pay additional EGP150 because we are late for check out which is not our fault at all. They promised us that the activity will start at 8am and it will only finish in 3 hours.

The room was horrible had to stay because it was too late ...

There was a cockroach under the bed and the toilet was not flushed and it could not be flushed ... this is by far the worst room I had to stay in my life!
